Videos are in Quicktime (H264) encoding, the audio is AAC. The Quicktime player should play them just fine.
I recommend saving them to your local machine (as per the instrcutions below) before playing them.
 
To save them locally, either right-click (or ctrl-click on the Mac) and choose Save Target as...
The file will then download to your desktop. Then double-click the files icon, which will launch a movie player.
